RENT A GARDEN OFFICE POD
FROM JUST £150 PER MONTH

Renting a garden pod

What's the process?

If you need some extra space but owning a building outright doesn't fit your circumstances, then Rent A Pod could be the ideal solution for you. Simply choose the Rentable Pod (RP) size that fits best and we'll do the rest.

A initial installation cost of £2,500 is required to cover assembly, mains connection and a Part P certification (provided within 7 days of the pod installation by our electrician), along with the minimum charge of a years rent. After that you can simply carry on renting either on a monthly basis or yearly with the beneficial up front payment package. Alternatively, if you move house or no longer need the pod, then providing it is empty, we'll simply remove it and end your contract.

Small Business Owner renting a garden pod

Who Rents a Pod?

This concept is very simple and allows you to quickly have a professional office in your back garden. It is specifically suited to new parents or people who are renting where they live and can work from home. Those moving into new areas can also utilise the benefits of renting, in case a long term stay is not on the cards.

Start up businesses benefit from the rental scheme, as it is a cheap way to set up your new HQ, safe in the knowledge that the Pod can be removed if things don't go according to plan. This scheme also appeals to companies who offer home working perks, as the costs can be tax deductable, and the building can be re-located if a member of staff leaves or changes circumstances.

So What's Included?

The Garden Office Pods are all from the Warwick Buildings range of garden offices. No compromise has been made on design, manufacture, quality or durability, so this ensures that you benefit from from a warm and cosy working environment. The renting scheme is already used at garden centres and private homes and is a great way to add extra space or create a professional looking home business unit at an affordable price. Keeping with the idea of simplicity, we have included groundwork, assembly and electrical connections within the package price of all buildings.

What if I want to stop renting?

Once the initial 12 months are over, you have the option to empty the Pod and ask us to collect it. Alternatively, if it's working for you, simply carry on with a rolling monhly contract or book another 12 months plan and get a month free.

The weekly/monthly rental costs are from as little as £34.62 inc. VAT per week.

If you want to end the rental anytime (after 12 months) then returning the garden pod is FRE, however if you want to return the garden office within the 12 month period, then a recovery fee of £1750 would apply.

You are welcome to purchase your rental garden office at any time – the £2500 installation charge would be deducted, but any rent already paid wouldn’t be taken away from the original retail price.

How do I move forward?

I'm very interested in renting a garden office, but I'd like to know more about the Plans and Pricing.
